Our Production Process
Raw Material Supply:
A quality product starts with the selection of a quality raw material. With this understanding, we carefully select the suppliers from whom we buy raw materials and subject them to inspection. We make the necessary analysis to ensure that they meet the criteria set out in the legislation specific to each product and we determine the right products with the right quality.
Storage:
After the raw material is selected, we transfer our products, which are stored in appropriate warehouse conditions, to the production units according to the needs.
Production:
We produce all our products according to the specified recipes to ensure the standard. We perform risk analysis for each product every time in terms of physical, chemical biological risks, radiation and sabotage. According to this analysis, we determine the control points by creating a food safety system. We carry out production with manual labor based on traditional homemade recipes in production. We produce with love with our expert colleagues at every stage of processes such as dough kneading, shaping and baking. All our production processes are followed within the scope of FSSC22000 quality standards.
Shipment:
We adopt the concept of safe food from every point of view. In this context, we definitely do not ship products that may pose a risk. We take care to protect the cold chain from the production to the shipment process, we automatically track temperature records.
Training and Development:
The training of our colleagues is among the priorities of our institution. In this context, we organize continuous training programs.
Hygiene:
We make detailed analyses of the samples collected from the production areas in order to maintain hygiene standards.
R&D and Quality:
We carry out R&D studies for continuous improvement of our products. The quality and safety of the final product are analyzed in accordance with the standards defined in the legislation. After these controls are carried out in accordance with food safety and quality criteria, the product is presented to the end consumer.
Sustainability and Responsibility
In Aslı Mağazacılık ve Unlu Mamuller, the Quality and Food Safety Management system has been established in order to ensure food safety, protect taste and quality parameters, and for continuous improvement.
Quality and Trust
In our organization, all the requirements related to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), which are the prerequisite conditions of the FSSC 22000 standard, are applied, GMP measurements are carried out at the necessary points and their qualifications are monitored.
Business Partners and Suppliers
Within the scope of our Quality and Food Safety Management system, all identified potential hazards and critical control points are continuously monitored with temperature, time and visual inspections, followed up with measurements, and secured.
By closely following technological developments, we produce safe, hygienic and high-quality products in a timely and error-free manner. We work in accordance with national and international standards, and legal regulations (authenticity), with an approach aimed at increasing food safety and quality awareness, by prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Our organization plans and implements the necessary training in order to increase the knowledge, skills and competencies of the personnel within its structure.
All our employees play an active role in the implementation of our Quality and Food Safety Policy and cooperate with the management to ensure that our final products comply with this policy.
We provide the human and financial resources required in order to ensure the effective implementation of the Quality and Food Safety System and the maintenance of compliance with the requirements of the FSSC 22000 standard.
