    We, as ATILIM UNLU MAMÜLLERİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. (”ATILIM“ or ”Company”), show the utmost sensitivity regarding the security and confidentiality of your personal data. With this awareness and in the capacity of data controller before the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDPL” or “Law”), we would like to inform you about how your data is processed and with whom and in which cases it can be shared, in order to ensure that we can act in accordance with the Law on the personal data we have obtained.

    1. Personal Data Processing and Purposes of Processing

    Your Personal Data is processed by our Company in order to ensure that the services can be provided in the best possible way. In this context, Your data listed below are collected.

    • Fulfillment of our obligations arising from the legislation to which our company is subject,
    • Fulfillment of information and reporting obligations if requested by official and/or administrative authorities,
    • Ensuring that e-commerce activities are carried out in accordance with the relevant legislation,
    • Providing services in e-commerce agreements and improving the quality of these services, performing the company’s sales, after-sales support and marketing activities, preparing demand predictions, performing stabilization and reconciliation market operations,
    • The use of the products and services offered by our company within the scope of profiling/segmentation studies, data enrichment, and market research studies in order to carry out the necessary studies to customize and recommend them to personal data owners based on their likes, usage habits and needs,
    • Ensuring legal and commercial security,
    • Management of legal processes with regulation and compliance,

    Your personal data is used and processed by the data controller COMPANY for the purpose of serving you in serious confidentiality within the framework and supervision of the PDPL. When processing your data, the COMPANY pays attention to the accuracy of the data, not to use it outside the scope of the processing, to process it for legitimate purposes, to keep the data up-to-date, and to keep it for a reasonable period of time required for the intended purpose in compliance with the law and the good faith.

    1. To Whom Do We Transfer Your Personal Data and for What Purposes?

    Within the framework of the processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 8 of PDPL, your personal data may be shared for the purposes mentioned above, to the extent permitted by the legislation and required by our business processes, with the parties and legally authorized official authorities that need to be shared due to the nature of the activities we carry out within the scope of the applications to improve the quality of the service we provide to you, including but not limited to the institutions and organizations authorized by relevant legislation, relevant public legal entities, organizations that have a controlling – affiliated company relationship with us, our domestic partners – affiliates, banks and financial institutions, with the organizations that we receive services from, cooperate with, and become program partners with in order to carry out our activities. These data are processed within the framework of our policies and procedures determined in accordance with the Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction or Anonymization of Personal Data for the period required by our electricity supply activities, and are deleted in cases where you no longer have a relationship with the COMPANY, there is no reasonable or legal requirement or compliance.

    1. What is the Method and Legal Reason for Our Collection of Your Personal Data?

    In accordance with the purposes described in Article 2 of this Clarification Text and the basic principles stipulated in the Law, your personal data can be collected from oral or written information transmitted by you to our Company, our e-mail address, website, customer operations centers, customer service centers, social media accounts, branches, official institutions and organizations, applications and software used within the scope of Company activities, by automatic or non-automatic methods, based on and limited to the legal reasons such as being clearly stipulated in the laws, the establishment, use or protection of the right, the establishment or fulfillment of the agreement, the legal obligation of the data controller, the legitimate interest of the data controller and your explicit consent, specified in Article 5 of the Law.

    1. Your Rights Regarding the Protection of Personal Data

    You can exercise the following rights regarding your personal data processing with a written request to our Company. The requests submitted within this scope will be finalized within thirty days.

    In accordance with Article 11 of the PDP Law as the personal data owner, you have the right;

    • To find out if your personal data has been processed,
    • To request information about it if your personal data has been processed,
    • To find out the purpose of personal data processing and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
    • To know about the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, in the country or abroad,
    • To request the correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
    • To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even though your personal data has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the PDP Law and other relevant laws,
    • To request that these transactions be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, in case your personal data is corrected, deleted or destroyed,
    • To object to the emergence of a result against you after analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
    • To demand compensation for the damage if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

    In order to exercise your rights in Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may submit your petition containing documents proving your identity and your request pursuant to the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller”;

  7. In accordance with the submitted request, your relevant application will be answered correctly and free of charge within the legal period.

  8. If the transaction requires an additional cost, the transaction will be carried out in accordance with Article 7 titled fee of the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller”.

  9. Requests and notifications received outside of the specified channels will not be evaluated. In accordance with Article 7 of the Communiqué, our company does not charge a fee for up to ten pages if your application is answered in writing. If the request is rejected, the reason(s) for rejection will be justified in writing or electronically.

    1. Changes to be Made to the Data Privacy Policies

    In case of changes in the legislation, necessary announcements will be made on our website https://atilimunlumamulleri.com/, and our Company reserves the right to make changes in its policies and procedures regarding personal data to ensure compliance with legislative changes.
